Applied Plastics Co. created by Henry Klein in 1955, remains a privately held custom thermoplastics extrusion business. Since that time we have been on the cutting edge of custom extrusions, and achieved a level of quality and service that is unsurpassed in the tubing and profile industry.

Developing partnerships with the customer is as important as providing total customer service. To this end, we track your order through the manufacturing process, can provide instant answers as to order status and can expedite and follow up each order on an individual basis.
Our business is 100% custom. That means that we approach our business differently than a commodity shop. There is an acute awareness of the complexities of design criteria as it relates to manufacturablity.
A few capabilities of Applied Plastics:
- We have 22 extrusion lines in a 130,000 square foot facility.
- State of the art CAD software, along with our wire EDM machine.
- We do our own in house tooling with our tool and die department. We start with the extrusion dies and work all the way downstream to the finished part.
- Our total quality management program combined with our statistical process control measures insures total customer satisfaction.
- Additional operations include a multitude of value added operations including: drilling, slotting, heat sealing, solvent bonding, labeling, punching, printing, winding and much more.
- We have various programs in place for blanket order programs, warehousing and Just-In-Time capabilities.
