Since 1955, Applied Plastics has been a leader in the field of manufacturing quality custom thermoplastic extrusions. We work with all extrudable thermoplastics such as polyethylene, rigid and flexible PVC, Polypropylene, ABS, Polystyrene and all engineering grade materials.

Our business is 100% custom. We manufacture tubing of all sizes up to 6" diameter and any rigid or flexible profile shape you may need. Our 130,000 square foot facility is equipped to meet your just-in-time delivery schedules. We have 22 extrusion lines and complete facilities for secondary finishing. We have extensive experience in the medical, agricultural, sporting goods, housewares, automotive and advertising industries and feel that we can be very cost competitive on any extrusions that may be used by your company.
